ABOUT: The Pinckney Working Group started in the Fall of 2018 to tackle neighborhood issues on a tactical level and develop long-term goals. We work closely with the Board and have been keeping a running list of action items and goals to take on.
Achievements for 2018 include holding an outdoor movie night and developing a working plan for accomplishing social-related projects in the neighborhood.
For 2019, we plan to continue working on long-term goals such as improving self-promotion (through the LJ World, for example), or getting involved in local parades. We’ll also be developing action plans for strategies around land use, mobility/accessibility, and environmental concerns.
